2. Pricing and Payment

All prices listed on our website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
We reserve the right to change product prices at any time without prior notice. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time of purchase.
Payment can be made via the payment methods listed at checkout, including UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and Cash on Delivery (COD), where available.
In case of payment failure or discrepancy, we reserve the right to cancel the order and notify you via email or phone.

3. Product Descriptions

We strive to display product images, descriptions, and pricing as accurately as possible. However, slight variations in color, print placement, or fabric texture may occur due to screen display differences or the nature of made-to-order printing.
Since our products are made-to-order (print-on-demand), minor variations between the displayed mockup and the final product are normal and do not constitute a defect.
We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or update product listings at any time without prior notice.

4. Order Acceptance

Placing an order on our website constitutes an offer to purchase. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including but not limited to cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock/production issues. In such cases, a full refund will be issued for any payment already made.
An order confirmation email/message does not guarantee acceptance — it confirms that we have received your order and are processing it.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Since our products are made-to-order, please allow [Insert Number] business days for production before dispatch, in addition to shipping time.
Estimated delivery timelines will be communicated at checkout or via order confirmation, but these are estimates and not guaranteed delivery dates. Delays due to courier partners, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances are outside our control.

Risk of loss and title for products purchased pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier.

Since our products are custom, made-to-order items, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons of size, personal preference, or change of mind, unless otherwise stated in our separate Return & Refund Policy.
Returns/replacements are accepted only in cases of manufacturing defects, printing errors, or damage during transit, subject to the conditions outlined in our Return & Refund Policy.
Refunds, where applicable, will be processed to the original payment method within 10-15 business days of approval.

7. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use our website to:
